Deposits on 20tk can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 20, and the maximum limit is determined by your account tier. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 15 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 100.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used at registration.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if a suspicious transaction is detected.

If a transaction fails for any reason, the amount will be refunded within 72 hours. 20tk does not charge transaction fees; however, your mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.

• Every bonus offer has an expiry period — the bonus will be voided once it expires.

• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

All games on 20tk operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and impartial. No member or 20tk staff can influence game results.

• Game results are final and cannot be changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 20tk will review and reassess the round.
• If an abnormally large win occurs due to a software bug, 20tk reserves the right to investigate.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or system weaknesses for gain is prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to play is strictly prohibited.

In the Sports Betting section, payouts may be withheld until official results are confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, wagers will be refunded.

• Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
